Research and Teaching

Research in different subject areas has been conducted on the farm since its establishment. It is also a hands-on laboratory for many courses taught at the Institute of Veterinary Medicine and Animal Sciences.

All MSc students of animal science and aquaculture are given an opportunity to experience hands-on involvement in in sacco experiments. The students of veterinary medicine perform different treatments under the supervision of veterinarians.

While most research is being done by the research staff and students of the Institute, joint research is also being conducted with different institutions, including international projects.
